Mortgagee Sale Tender
Housing Authority resells the property through Mortgagee Sale Tender for customers who are not able to service their debts. Tenders are advertised in the local news papers. For sale through tender all outstanding balance has to be recovered including FNPF transfers.

Terms and conditions.
Any person interested in these properties should write tenders stating their amount of tender. Once the tender is selected client has to pay within 3 months if his buying for cash or arranging finance outside.
If client is obtaining a loan from the Authority to buy then all terms and conditions apply for buying a land or House as stated in product 1 & 2.

Requirements.
If it is a cash buy, customer must attach bank statement or state where is getting the finance from.
If customer wants to obtain loan to buy then attach, recent pay slip, FNPF eligibility statement, Marriage or birth certificate.
For clients obtaining a loan to buy all requirements needed as stated in products 1 & 2.
