Housing Authority's Land Development Department is responsible for increasing the inventory of lots, through land acquistion. Land Development being a core function of the Authority, will increase in 2003 with plans initiated for the acquisition of suitable land on the Lami-Suva-Nausori corridor. The department is also responsible for upgrading and maintaining of subdivisions.
