- FNPF Letter – Stating eligibility amount
- Financial Statement & Cash Flow – If applicant is self-employed
- Certified True Copy of Lease/Title
- Vehicle Search & Valuation of Vehicle from LTA – if vehicle is registered
- Copy of 3rd party policy – if vehicle is registered
